ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
From the Telecommunications Area we want to incorporate Design and Systems Integration Engineer in Airport Environments in our office in Warsaw (Poland).
Our projects in the technological area seek to impact the life of our society by providing knowledge and sustainability.
You will join multidisciplinary project teams for projects in Intelligent Transport Systems, Smart Mobility, Telecommunications Consultancy, large communications networks, security systems, ticketing and toll systems, Smart Cities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and specification of airport systems from concept to detailed design.
- Develop technical documentation, including system architecture, interface control documents, and integration plans.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure compliance with international standards (e.g., IATA, ICAO).
- Support bidding processes, including technical evaluations and bid reviews.
- Oversee system integration and on-site commissioning activities.
- Ensure the integration of cybersecurity and data integrity into all system designs.
- Provide technical leadership during project execution and client presentations.
ABOUT YOU
Do not hesitate to apply if you have...
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
- A higher degree (master's degree or higher) in airport planning, air transport, infrastructure management or a related field is a positive value.
- Continuous professional development in aviation systems, infrastructures or project management will be valued.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the design, integration, implementation, or management of airport systems and infrastructure.
- Proven experience in airport infrastructure projects.
- In-depth knowledge of international aviation regulations and standards (ICAO, FAA, EASA).
- Demonstrated ability to execute projects in accordance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Mastery of facilities management systems, communication networks, industrial automation and/or airport-specific technological platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate and optimize operational processes and system performance.
- Experience in systems integration, interoperability and lifecycle management of airport technologies.
- Advanced project management capabilities, with proven success in complex multi-stakeholder environments.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams, regulatory authorities and external partners.
- Strategic thinking, adaptability and commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
- Proficiency in English (C1 level or similar).
