ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Structural Engineer with 1 to 4 years of experience to join the Transversal Infrastructure Division, with solid experience in Engineering Design roles. Experience in infrastructure projects is mandatory, and candidates must come from an Engineering/Design background.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Main responsibilities for the position in the KSA office:

CSA project development covering Basic Design and Detailed Design, aligned with NEOM/Infrastructure standards.
Development of civil and structural calculations including:
- Knowledge of local and international infrastructure codes and standards.
- Structural design of bridges, culverts, retaining walls, tunnels, and other infrastructure assets.
- Design, analysis, and calculations of foundations, substructures, and superstructures for infrastructure facilities.
- Proficiency in structural design software (preferably SAP2000, STAAD, or similar).
- Understanding of geotechnical parameters and their integration into structural design.
Coordination with multidisciplinary teams (roads, utilities, geotechnical, hydrology).
Support business growth through technical input, proposal preparation, and client interaction.

ABOUT YOU

BSc or MSc in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized university.
1–4 years of experience in infrastructure projects, from an Engineering/Design perspective (mandatory).
Proficiency in structural analysis software (SAP2000 preferred).
Advanced English and Arabic; native Arabic preferred.
Basic Spanish is a plus.
Strong report writing, communication, teamwork, problem‑solving, autonomy, and technical rigor.
Based in Riyadh with willingness to travel for business needs.
Valid SCE membership, with classification aligned to years of experience.
Ability to work in a multinational environment.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

IELTS 5.5+ or equivalent is a plus.
Willingness to travel in‑Kingdom and out‑of‑Kingdom when required.
