Title:  Document Controller & Quality Control Specialist

About the Job

We are seeking a Document Controller & Quality Control Specialist with proven experience in project documentation management, quality control procedures, submission tracking and multidisciplinary coordination to join an international building project team in KSA. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the project team in ensuring that documentation is properly controlled, reviewed, distributed, tracked and archived in accordance with project procedures and quality requirements.

About You

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma or equivalent technical qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, Documentation Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in document control, quality control or project administration within building, infrastructure or engineering projects.
• Solid knowledge of document coding, numbering, revision control, transmittals, document registers, distribution matrices, workflows and archiving procedures.
• Experience with document management platforms such as Aconex, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, SharePoint, ProjectWise or equivalent systems.
• Ability to support quality control activities, including deliverable checks, submission compliance, review status monitoring, comment tracking and maintenance of project records.
• Experience preparing and maintaining registers, submission logs, comment trackers, quality checklists, non-conformity logs, action trackers, minutes of meetings and progress reports.
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination platforms will be considered an advantage.
• English level C1 or higher. Knowledge of Arabic will be highly valued.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, reliability, discretion, effective communication and ability to work under demanding deadlines.
