ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a highly skilled Architect with strong technical expertise in architectural design and multidisciplinary coordination. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across all project stages from Concept Design to IFC and will contribute to high‑quality project delivery through design assurance, technical reviews, and site verification activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Main descriptions of the job position:

• Review, validate, and assure all architectural, interior design, landscape, and sustainability deliverables prepared by third‑party design consultants.
• Ensure full compliance with the Client’s requirements, approved Scope of Services, and all applicable codes and standards.
• Review drawings, reports, specifications, and BOQ technical content across all design stages (Concept, Schematic, Detailed Design, and Tender), including Wayfinding and Fire & Life Safety documentation.
• Conduct design reviews from Concept to IFC and perform site inspections for ongoing works, including applications for construction and occupancy permits.
• Ensure adherence to Client guidelines, sustainability requirements, Fire & Life Safety standards, Employer’s Requirements, and all relevant regulations.
• Respond to RFIs, attend coordination meetings, issue minutes, and prepare progress and review reports.
• Coordinate with the Document Controller to ensure proper archiving and documentation of all deliverables.

ABOUT YOU

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in architecture.
• At least 3 years of experience working on projects in the Middle East.
• Strong experience in:
  • Architectural design from Concept to IFC
  • Design review and design assurance
  • Logistics facilities (warehouses), office buildings, and landscape design (softscape & hardscape)

• Proficiency in industry‑standard software, including:
  • AutoCAD
  • Revit
  • Navisworks
• Experience in clash detection (2D & 3D) and multidisciplinary trades coordination.
• Advanced knowledge of Fire & Life Safety and Sustainability requirements.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Transferable work permits valid in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
