About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our team in Riyadh. This role is perfect for a professional with strong design skills, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering innovative architectural solutions. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural design projects from concept to completion.
• Lead and manage proposals for design contracts
• Develop detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using advanced design software.
• Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Mentor junior architects and provide technical guidance.

About You

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture (master’s degree preferred).
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project execution.
• Saudi national.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Additional Requirements:

• International exposure or experience working on global projects.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and advanced building technologies.
