We are looking for a Junior Strategy Consultant to join our Riyadh Office within the Strategy & Operations Consulting Area.

Job responsibilities:

• Participate in complex global Management or strategic consulting projects, under the guidance of the senior consultants of the team, through:
  • Synthesis of information and development of conclusion-oriented analysis
  • Elaboration of diagnostics and action plans
  • Conducting client and stakeholder engagement meetings to obtain information and align project conclusions
  • Preparation of reports and presentations of results

Requirements for this position:

• Bachelor’s a degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics or Industrial Engineering.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• Up to three years of experience in Management or Strategy consulting companies and projects, including Corporate and Nation-level Strategic plans, market studies, definition of business and operational models, economic and financial feasibility studies, investor attraction activities
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Know how to work as part of a team and with technical rigor.
• Ability to work independently with an innovative spirit.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Proficiency in English and Arabic languages (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel
• Eagerness to learn in a multinational firm such as IDOM
• Due to project requirements, the candidate shall be a Saudi citizen.
