Title: Environmental Consultant
ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for an Environmental Consultant for our Environment team, in our offices in Madrid.

The Environment Technical Area, with teams in Colombia, Chile, Mexico, Spain and Saudi Arabia, has a broad portfolio distributed in five business lines: climate change, natural capital and biomedicine, waste and circular economy, sustainable land management and environmental consulting.
The functions will be:
- Preparation of all types of reports for the environmental assessment of plans, programs and projects (Environmental Impact Study, environmental documents, etc.).
- Follow-up to the processing of files.
- Technical analysis and information search.
- Elaboration of environmental technical documentation to incorporate in projects.
- Elaboration of inventories and censuses of fauna and flora.
- Analysis and study of synergies of current and concurrent plans and projects.
- Elaboration of own cartography and GIS analysis.
- Support to the environmental department in various functions.
- Development of documentation.

ABOUT YOU
Apply if you…
- You have studied Industrial Engineering or similar.
- Experience in environmental assessment projects with detailed knowledge of the environmental impact assessment procedure and applicable regulations, having applied it in works at national and regional level.
- Field knowledge.
- Knowledge and fluency in Windows and office environment.
- Essential use of geographic information systems software: ArcGIS, QGIS, both at vector and raster level (a practical test will be carried out).
- Handling of AutoCAD.
- Previous knowledge and skills in air quality dispersion modeling or acoustic impacts will be an asset.
- Are a team player with technical excellence.
- Can work independently with a flair for innovation.
- Do have an advanced level of English.
