ABOUT YOU
Apply if you...
Professional in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields, with a minimum of six (6) to ten (10) years of experience in the development and design of conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering projects within the Oil & Gas industry.
Licensed and in good standing, in accordance with Article 1 of Law 28858, which regulates the practice of engineering in Peru.
Specialist or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (desirable).
Intermediate English proficiency (B1 level).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Advanced proficiency in mechanical design tools (focused on mechanical or piping design).
Knowledge of local and international design standards in the Oil & Gas sector.
Familiarity with design codes and standards such as API, ASME, ANSI, HI, TEMA, AWWA, NFPA, NTP, among others.
Knowledge and competencies in Upstream and Downstream processes.
Solid understanding of engineering principles and practices, especially in fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, hydraulics, and materials science.
Ability to analyze hydraulic systems and perform pipe stress analysis.
Experience in sizing rotating equipment, and designing tanks, vessels, separators, thermal treaters, heat exchangers, among others.
Advanced use of computer-aided software such as DuctSizer, AME TANK, TANK 2020, AutoCAD 2010, among others.
Willingness to travel and work under a non-standard (1x1 rotational) work schedule.
