ABOUT YOU

Apply if you…

Professional in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of specific experience in quantity take-offs and cost estimation for road infrastructure projects, including:
– Earthworks and transportation (essential)
– Tunnels
– Viaducts
– Mechanically stabilized earth walls
– Pavements
– Drainage works
• Proficient in Presto software for quantity take-offs and cost estimation (essential).
• Proven experience in preparing cost estimates and quantity take-offs for roadworks in Peru.
• Experience as a production, quality, or site engineer in the construction of roads, viaducts, tunnels, and drainage works (essential).

Main responsibilities:
• Prepare quantity take-offs for earthworks, transportation, preliminary works, pavements, and others using Presto software.
• Consolidate quantity take-offs for the preparation of project budgets.
• Review and validate cost estimates.
• Ensure consistency between drawings, technical specifications, and quantity take-offs.
• Prepare technical reports with reviews and observations.
• Coordinate with the cost estimation team to ensure all items are included.
• Customer-oriented mindset.

• Autonomy and an innovative mindset.
