ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Junior Civil Engineer for our Rail Systems Area for participating in the biggest and most important railway project in Ireland.

There will be an initial period of 6 months of learning & trainning in Spain (Bilbao or Madrid) being able to meet part of the team, and after that the location would be Dublin.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and delivery of rail , metro and tramway infrastructure projects (track, signalling, OHLE,civils, structural..).
• Prepare technical drawings and documentation using AutoCAD and engineering tools.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate project records.

ABOUT YOU

Apply if you...

• Have a degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering and interest in Railway projects.
• Knowledge of rail systems and engineering principles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Are willing to travel and travel to other countries.
• Knowledge of other languages apart from English is an asset (Spanish, French, German).
• Above all... you are eager to learn in an international company like IDOM.
