ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking to hire a SAP Administrator for our offices in Bilbao.

Your duties will include:

• Supporting the administration department

               (purchasing, sales, timesheet recording, agreements, bank reconciliation, various operations, etc.)

• Preparing administrative documentation for tenders and national and international bids
• Managing procedures with notaries, economic ratios, etc.

ABOUT YOU

 

Do not hesitate to apply if you have....

 

  • You have a degree in Business Administration and Management or similar.
  • You have between 1 and 3 years of experience.
  • You are used to working with public body documentation, certificates, powers of attorney, insurance certificates, etc.
  • You have user-level experience with SAP FI/CO.
  • Proficiency in English (accredited C1 level). A second language (French) is an advantage.
  • Autonomy and an innovative mindset.
  • And above all... a strong desire to learn in an international company like IDOM.
