We are looking to hire individuals with a background in engineering, economics, or business to join our Advisory Innovation and Public Sector team at our offices in Bilbao.

ABOUT YOU

Apply if you…

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; postgraduate degrees (MBA, MSc.) are a plus.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in strategic or technology consulting projects, processes, feasibility studies, public policy, etc., in sectors such as industry, infrastructure, healthcare, agri-food, energy, and mobility.
• Experience in competitiveness (strategic planning, smart specialization, public policies on science, technology, and innovation, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience in innovation and digital transformation (technology innovation hubs, innovation management, open innovation, public procurement of innovation, digital transformation of the industrial ecosystem, etc.), startup and scale-up acceleration, and processes for transferring technological innovation to the market is also valued.
• Knowledge of and interest in technology trends and digitalization are valued.
• You perform your work independently and with an innovative mindset.
• You have strong teamwork skills and technical rigor.
• Advanced English is required (minimum C1 certification).
• Advanced knowledge of Basque is a plus (C1-EGA or HABE3 certification)
