We are looking for an Hydrometallurgy Specialist Engineer to join the team of manufacturing Area in our offices Bilbao, Madrid o Barcelona.

ABOUT YOU

Apply if you…

• Have studied Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mining and Metallurgical Engineering, or similar.
• Have more than 3 years' experience working in an engineering company as a hydrometallurgical process engineer, with a deep. understanding of leaching, solvent extraction, and electrowinning; developing basic engineering, FEED, and/or detailed engineering
• Have analytical skills: the ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex engineering problems.
• Value innovation and creativity in order to improve existing processes for greater efficiency and sustainability.
• Demonstrate a commitment to sustainable practices, minimizing environmental impact, and regulatory compliance.
• Are a team player with technical excellence.
• Can work independently with a flair for innovation.
• Do have an advanced level of English.

Responsibilities:
•    Review and complete conceptual or basic process engineering prepared by our clients
•    Develop basic engineering, pre-FEED, FEED, and detailed engineering: design criteria, PFDs, P&IDs, material and energy balances, utility balances, equipment data sheets, process descriptions, etc.
•    Carry out technical and economic evaluations of process equipment, with subsequent review of vendor documentation•    After a period of adaptation to the dynamics of the company, lead process discipline teams in the design of industrial chemical plants
•    Coordination with the rest of the project disciplines
