ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking to hire an Urban Economist to join our City and Territory department at our offices in Madrid or Bilbao.

We are looking for recent graduates or students nearing the completion of their bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Applied Economics, Real Estate, or related fields, with a clear interest in urban economics, socioeconomic and territorial development, the real estate sector, and the challenges facing cities in different parts of the world, who are interested in starting a professional career in an international and multicultural environment.

The work will be carried out within projects in the City and Territory practice area, with the possibility of remote involvement in projects in Latin America and the Caribbean, Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, actively participating in master planning, urban and territorial planning, and the structuring of investment projects. The candidate will assist with the economic and financial analysis of urban and regional projects, spatial and quantitative socioeconomic analyses, territorial economic assessments, feasibility studies for real estate projects, and asset valuation, as well as cost-benefit and impact analyses of infrastructure and public projects. They will also support the development of management models and action plans for project implementation.
