We are looking to hire a Strategy and Operations Manager to join our Consulting team at our offices in Madrid or Bilbao.

ABOUT YOU

Apply if you...

  • You have a degree in Business Administration and Management or Industrial Engineering, a double degree in Business Administration and Management and Industrial Engineering, or similar.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting on strategy and operations projects or in corporate strategy areas.
  • Experience in steel, mining, O&G, and transportation infrastructure will be considered a plus.
  • Experience and/or interest in the Middle East region.
  • You have an excellent command of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
  • You have analytical skills and excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • You are customer-focused and able to maintain business relationships.
  • Availability for occasional international travel.
  • You have the ability to work in a team and technical rigor.
  • You are autonomous and have an innovative mindset.
  • You have advanced English (Min. C1).
  • Knowledge of French or German is desirable.
  • And above all... you are eager to learn in an international company like IDOM.
