ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a Senior Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS) Consultant to join our team of Digital Transformation in our offices in Bilbao or Madrid.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and define advanced planning processes in industrial environments.
- Design and implement APS solutions, with a strong focus on Siemens Opcenter APS (Preactor).
- Model production resources, finite-capacity constraints, calendars, materials, and sequencing rules.
- Integrate APS solutions with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and MES platforms.
- Participate in industrial digital transformation projects, from requirements definition through deployment and go-live.
- Collaborate closely with planning, operations, production, and IT stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support scenario simulations (What-If analysis), capacity optimization initiatives, and continuous improvement of planning processes.

ABOUT YOU
Don’t hesitate to apply if you...
- Hold a degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Have 5+ years of experience implementing or consulting on APS solutions.
- Have hands-on experience with Siemens Opcenter APS (Preactor) or similar platforms such as Delmia Ortems, Asprova, or PlanetTogether.
- Possess strong knowledge of finite-capacity planning and advanced production scheduling.
- Have worked on ERP integrations, preferably with SAP.
- Are able to understand complex industrial processes and translate them into efficient planning models.
- Have experience working directly with industrial clients.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork, analytical thinking, and technical rigor.
- Have an advanced level of English. Knowledge of French and/or other languages is a plus.

It will be a plus if you...
- Have participated in multi-site manufacturing projects or worked within complex supply chain environments.
- Have knowledge of SAP IBP, S&OP, and Supply Chain Planning solutions.
- Have experience in industries such as aerospace, automotive, metals, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, or similar sectors.
- Possess technical knowledge of SQL, .NET, C#, or Visual Basic.
- Are familiar with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
